Ceremony & Reception
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at The Majestic, an elegant historical hall, located just outside of downtown Bellingham.
The Majestic is home to U&Me Dance Studio and has a beautiful oak dance floor. We've chosen this venue so as to have plenty of space for both the ceremony and the reception, which will be immediately following.
The ceremony is to begin at 1:00 PM, and we request that guests try to arrive at least ten minutes prior to the start time, so we may begin on time. There's no sense in wasting time that can be spent dancing, later!
Following the ceremony, we newlyweds will disappear momentarily while the seating from the ceremony is cleared away to reveal the dance floor, after which we'll return and join everyone for snacks and appetizers (and later, cake!).
Dancing will begin once everyone has been sufficiently fed, so if you are interested in dancing, please bring your dancing shoes!
Note: If you don't have shoes with a suede sole, please try to wear something that will not leave scuff marks on the beautiful floor. We want to leave the venue looking like we were never there.
